As an Advisor in Residence, Dr. Williams and senior members of his team embed directly within institutions to provide sustained guidance, executive coaching, and strategic leadership support. This immersive model ensures alignment between vision and execution - equipping boards, cabinets, and senior leadership teams to lead effectively through moments of change, uncertainty, and transformation.
Residencies are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-month engagements, tailored to support institutions and organizations facing acute challenges or pursuing long-term strategic growth.
