A Fortune 500, global, industry-leading company sought to build strategic capacity among their executive leadership team.

CSLSI Engagement
This company reached out to CSLSI to conduct leadership training and professional development including introducing the business case for diversity while at the same time educating managers, directors, and process leaders within the company about unconscious bias, microaggressions, and principles of psychological safety.
This request led to a multi-pronged effort that included:
Interviews and Analysis
We conducted targeted interviews and used data from the retreat to craft an Insight to Action micro-report that would support strategy and infrastructure development across the various business units.
Retreat
A day-long, capacity-building retreat with leaders from across the company’s business divisions. It focused on:
Fundamentals of values based leadership
Leveraging data to build the business case for inclusive excellence
Leadership without authority
Employee resource and affinity group best practices
Gathering key insights to inform a broader conversation across the company
Record-Breaking Training Program
CSLSI designed and implemented the largest one-time training program in the more than 100-year history of the company.
This day-long event brought together more than 200 employees and process leaders across the company. It focused on building skills for responding to challenges and creating “wins”.
The session provided every participant with a workbook of resources for their learning journey.
